CCAFS publishes 5th Working Paper "The State of Climate Information Services for Agriculture and Food Security"
The Climate Change Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) initiative of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) releases its 5th Working Paper. The paper, entitled "The State of Climate Information Services for Agriculture and Food Security in East African Countries" was written by Mohammed Kadi, Leonard Njogu Njau, John Mwikya and Andre Kamga of ACMED, reports on research undertaken to inventory different types and formats of climate information used in East Africa and how current climate services might be better disseminated and applied to satisfy the climate information needs of the agriculture and food security sector in East Africa.
