South African Second National Communication to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change

On 16th November 2011, the Government of South Africa submitted its Second National Communication to the United Nations Framework on Climate Change. The document provides a country profile, national greenhouse gas inventory, review of sectoral impacts, and policy responses and priorities for adaptation and mitigation.
